Release 06/13/24

Purpose: The purpose of this release is to make the system more secure for users and ensure our data is as clean as possible.

This release includes a new way for Nurses to login. A District Nurse will be prompted to enter their name on their first login after the update. After that first login, the system will operate as it always has. Your chosen name will be linked to your user name. Moving forward there will no longer be a nurse dropdown to choose from.

If the district has a generic substitute nurse account (a single account that multiple sub nurses log into) there will be a new procedure. Information about that procedure can be found here: Substitute Nurse Login.

We have updated how our Food Allergies and Food Intolerances function. They are now broken apart in the system and the reports. For more about this please read the following articles: Food Allergies and Intolerances and Food Allergy Report.
