Substitute Nurse Log in.

Purpose: This article is meant to describe how a substitute nurse will log into Health Accounting.


If a substitute nurse is logging into the system with a generic account, there will be a new procedure to ensure we are keeping out data as accurate as possible. If you are logging in as a substitute nurse but have your own account you will long into the application as you always have.


How to log in with the generic sub nurse account.


Steps

  1. Log in to DSC with the credentials provided by the district.
  2. Select Health Accounting from the DSC list of applications.

  1. Once you are in Health Accounting, you can either add yourself as a new nurse, or if you have logged in previously, you can select your name from the list.

  1. Once you have either added your name or selected your name from the dropdown you will be able to use the system as you normally would and your name will be automatically tied to all actions you perform in the system.
