Student Food Allergy Report.

Purpose: This article is meant to describe how to view and print the Food Allergy report for a school. This report can often be provided to nutrition to upload to their point of sales system. For information in how to enter Food Allergies please see this article: Food Allergies and Intolerances.


Steps:

  • From the main page, navigate to the Reports page, using the Reports tab.

  • Select Food Allergies under the Forms Heading.

  • To run a comprehensive report you can leave all the fields blank and select the Run Report button. If you would like to run this report as an excel file to deliver to nutrition, change the format to CSV,

  • To narrow the results use the optional boxes provided.

  • Please note that you can only enter one allergy at a time into the Food Allergy Locator. If you attempt to add multiple allergies to the Food Allergy Locator box, the report will return no results.

  • Please note that the the online report as well as the CSV. and PDF. files will separate food allergies from food intolerances.
