Changes to the system
- To Do/Reminder is now called Follow up. This change was made to clarify the language used in the application.
- Health Note/Phone log will now be called Phone Log. This change was made to clarify the language used in the application.
- Office Visit -Follow up Referrals are now called Office Visit Referrals. This change was made to clarify the language used in the application.
- The list of Office Visit Referral outcomes has changed from Not Seen, Seen, Clear, and Refused to Referral Complete; Referral Complete, No Treatment Necessary; Referral Complete, No Information; Referral Complete, Ongoing Care; Referral Refused; COVID19 Positive; COVID19 Negative; COVID19 Unknown. This change was made to ensure the system was in sync with other health systems used in the state as well as an attempt to clarify reporting.
Additions to the system
- Notification Dashboard,
- Includes notifications for:
- Follow ups
- Student names can be added to a follow up
- If a student name is attached to a follow up you can now add a Phone Log for that student.
- Student names can be added to a follow up
- Office Visit Referrals
- Outstanding referrals will now show at the top of the student detail page in red.
- The actions for completed dispositions now includes a more robust list, shadowing the action list for other health systems used in the state.

- A phone log can now be added from the referral screen.
- Completed referrals can be seen below incomplete referrals
- A referral status can be changed once completed.
- Office Visits that generate a referral can now be viewed from the Office Visit Referral Screen.
- The bell at the top right corner of the home page will let you know how many Office Visit Referrals and Follow ups still need to be addressed.
- We have also added the ability to chat with the help desk or email them directly from the Health Accounting Application. You can also search our growing library or help articles by selecting the conversation bubble at the bottom of the home page.
