Changing the Actions on a Complete Office Visit Referral.

Step 1: Go to the notifications Dashboard by selecting the bell in the top right corner or the Referrals tab.

Step 2: Select the Office Visit Referral box.

Step 3: Select the View Completed Records Box.

Step 4: Scroll down to the Completed Office Visit Referrals Card.

Step 5: Select the change status link in the referral column.

Step 6: Choose the new status from the dropdown. Please note that you can mark the referral “Change referral to incomplete” and more the referral to the incomplete list.
