Syncing Health Alerts from Infinite Campus to Health Accounting

Purpose: The purpose of this article is to describe how to set up Infinite Campus so it will send information to Ed Fi and be pulled into Health Accounting.


  1. Your SIS coordinator will need to navigate to Ed Fi Configure Screen and select Resource Preferences.

  1. From the Configure screen Scroll down to Health Information and select the Edit button next to the Person Medical Alerts.

  1. This will take you to the page that will allow you to map the Ed Fi Code to the Definition Health Condition List.

  1. make sure you have the Active box selected so the Alerts will synch.

This should turn the toggle on the Configuration page to On for Person Medical Alerts. Please Make sure that the Medical Information button is also toggled to On

  1. Once the Person Medical Alerts are all mapped to Ed Fi codes and the Person Medical Alerts toggle is on resync with Ed Fi. This will send Health Alerts out to Ed Fi to be retrieved by DSC nightly.
