Office Visits - Incomplete Visits Report
The following report can be run at a District Admin or School level. It is used to identify open and incomplete office visits.
1. Select “District Reports” from the Admin dropdown. Select the Office Visits – Incomplete summary
2. Select the Office Visits – Incomplete summary
3. If you are a district admin the following page will have a dropdown box. If you are not a district admin only the school, you are currently logged into will show.
4. If you are an admin user and you select the school you are currently signed into, or you are not an admin user and are pulling the report for your school, you will see that the number incomplete is highlighted blue. Indicating you can select the number to edit the incomplete office visits for that day.
5. If you are an admin user and would like this report for the whole district you can select District-All Schools from the dropdown to run a report for all schools in your district.
