Pending resolutions.

There are currently 2 issues we are aware of that are pending resolution

• Emergency Contacts - Emergency contacts are currently not coming over from Infinite Campus into Health Accounting. This is an issue with the transfer of data between the two applications. DOE is aware of the issue and is working with Infinite Campus to resolve it.

• Immunization Compliance - Currently when entering immunization information, the Health Accounting system is waiting to check compliance information until a overnight process is run. That means that an added immunization, will not reflect on the noncompliance record until the day after it is entered. We are aware that this may be considered an unfavorable change to the Health Accounting system and we will be reverting back to checking for compliance when the immunization record is saved. This will however take a few weeks to change. In the meantime, the records will continue to update overnight.
