Completing a Screening Referral

Purpose: This article is meant to describe to complete a screening referral.

Select the screening that generated the referral. You can find the screening by going to the Screening Edit report on the screenings page

or by searching for it or by going to the students Screening Profile Page.

Once you find the screening select the link to enter the screening.

When you have navigated to the screening you can select an action from the Follow up drop down. The follow up drop down refers to whether or not the student was seen by an outside provider. Either option will mark the referral complete. The only referrals that are considered incomplete are those that have not had an action selected from the Follow up box.
