System/Complaints added

• COVID19 Contact Tracing – Has been added for students who are or should actively be contact traced.
• COVID19 Like Symptoms – Has been added to track students who have come in with COVID19 like symptoms.

Disposition/Outcomes

• Exclusion for COVID19 – Has been added for students who will need to be excluded to COVID19. Selecting this option from the Disposition/Outcome field will generate an office visit follow-up.
