Release Notes 10/4/21

Purpose: Two new features will be introduced in this round of enhancements. Health Accounting will now automatically pull in Covid Vaccination information from DelVax. Another new feature will allow Nurse and district nursing admin to download office visit referrals to a excel file. 

1. COVID Vaccinations

If a student has received a COVID vaccination and that vaccination has been entered into DelVax the information will be pulled over into Health Accounting. If a nurse has previously entered the vaccination information into the COVID vaccination area on the Immunization Record, the nurse data will not be overwritten with the DelVax Information. If there are blank fields for the COVID Vaccination on the student record and the system finds immunization information in the DelVax file, the system will pull in the immunization date(s) and type.

2. The office Visit Referral can now be downloaded by using the print button on the top right corner of the Referral Dashboard page. 

If you are a district admin and would like to download a report for the entire district you must first choose All Schools from the drop down. Then navigate to the Office Visit Referral Page and select the Download button. This will allow you to Download the report as an Excel file for all schools in the district.
