Editing a Medication or Treatment Entry (medication and treatment log)

Using the Edit Button on a Medication or Treatment Entry

1. Select the down arrow.  

2. Select the "Edit" option.

• Alter the time the medication was given
• Change the administering Action
• If values are required they will be entered here
  • This note will be printed on a student's comprehensive report
