Adding a Treatment Schedule (student detail page)

Creating a Medication Log

 1. Navigate to the student detail page 

2. Scroll down to the Treatment section of the Student Detail page and select the green "Add" button next to the "Treatment Schedule" header

3. Select the appropriate treatment from the "Treatment Type" dropdown. 

4. Add any comments you would like anyone administering the treatment to see to the comment field (not required) 

5 Select start and end dates from the "Start Date" and "End Date" Fields (not required). Please note: when students are rolled over into a new school year any treatments set up in the system will be removed automatically. Treatment Schedules must be set up yearly. 

6 . Select how many times a day the treatment should be scheduled. The number you chose will inform the system how many time boxes you will need.

7. Add the time during the day the treatment should be administered in the boxes provided. 

8.Add the times during the day the treatment will be administered. This will create the schedule you will see on the home page of Health Accounting, as well as allow the system to inform you when treatment is overdue. 

9. If the treatment is administered every day you can save the Schedule and it will be added to the log on the Main page of Health Accounting. If the treatment is given periodically throughout the week, select the periodic button and uncheck the days the treatment will not need to be given, and select save. If you would like to cancel without saving select the Cancel Button.

The treatment will show up on the main page under the Daily Medication & Treatment log at the time you assigned:
